Although images of breastfeeding mothers and babies can often seem serene, sometimes those first few weeks just don't look how you think they should. We're here to assure you that it's normal! Breastfeeding a tiny newborn comes with challenges, but that doesn't mean you can't succeed with the right support and education. We love helping our clients become educated on the ins and outs of nursing early on, so that if any issues arise, you'll have the tools to shine through them. We can instruct you on latching baby, nursing positions, how to know if baby is transferring milk/swallowing, how to track feedings and diapers, how to pump if necessary or desired, how to avoid mastitis and other issues, and when to seek medical support or see an IBCLC. We love setting you up with all the tools to navigate a beautiful breastfeeding relationship with your baby.
